Verify Enrollment & Degree
Verification of degrees and enrollments is used as a way to fight fraud and misrepresentation. Our principal goals are to make access to the information timely and assure that the verifications are accurate. Verification of degrees and enrollments is a responsibility we take very seriously.

Enrollment Verification (Current Students)
To get written verification of your enrollment or previous enrollment:
- Go to http://my.electronic-fittings.com/pages/student-records-and-requests and click on “Request Enrollment or Degree Verification” (login required)
- Follow the step by step instructions to have a PDF verification sent directly to your email. You will need to forward the document on to the requesting party.
The verification of enrollment is official and does not require a signature or seal from the University. It contains the dates of the term, student status, and anticipated graduation date, and it is specific to each student.
It may be submitted to loan, insurance, or other requesting companies, as well as to the military as proof of enrollment.
Occasionally, agencies require completion of their form. If you should need a third- party form completed or need a different type of verification, DO NOT COMPLETE the above process. Instead fax, mail, email, or bring the form in person to the Office of the Registrar.

Enrollment Verification (Third-Party Requestors)
For employers and other institutions seeking information on students and former students, the University of Denver has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at www.degreeverify.org.

Degree Verification
To get written verification of your degree:
- Log into My4D
- Search for MyWeb, click on Self-Service (MyWeb) link. Then, click on "Student and Financial Aid", followed by "Student Records", followed by "Request Enrollment Verification".
- Select the "Degree Enrollment Verification" type. Follow the step by step instructions to have a PDF verification sent directly to your email. You will need to forward the document on to the requesting party.
Other documents to act as a degree verification include transcripts and diplomas.
